1. An introduction, not a transaction

The corporate website invites preliminary conversations about potential opportunities. It is not a franchise disclosure document, prospectus, private placement memorandum, securities offering, personalized investment advice or commitment to enter a lease or partnership. Do not send investment funds, fees, identity documents or financial account details through the inquiry form. A disclaimer does not replace legally required disclosures or authorization for a specific transaction.

2. Franchise development

Franchise availability depends on market, operator qualification, applicable law and definitive documentation. No inquiry reserves a territory or grants rights to the Andias brand. Any proposed sale must follow the applicable disclosure and registration process. Where the FTC Franchise Rule applies, the required disclosure document generally must be provided at least 14 calendar days before a binding franchise agreement or payment to the franchisor or its affiliate. Other applicable requirements may also apply.

Website growth goals or examples are not financial-performance representations for a franchise. Request current authorized documents and obtain independent legal and financial advice before committing.

3. Capital and investment discussions

No investment is available for purchase through this website. Any potential transaction requires appropriate review, eligibility checks, legally required disclosures and definitive agreements. The applicable securities-law framework must be established for the actual opportunity; this notice does not claim an exemption or that regulators have approved an offering.

Investments can involve loss of capital and limited liquidity. Business history, store examples and growth ambitions do not guarantee returns, distributions, timing or an exit. Review opportunity-specific risks and documents with your own advisers. Do not treat general website content as a recommendation for your financial circumstances.

4. Property and broker submissions

Submit a property only if you have authority to share the package and identify your role accurately. A listed footprint or market preference is a screening guide, not an offer to lease or a promise of acceptance. Information may be reviewed with Andias Group’s designated real estate adviser.

Sending a site or speaking with a representative does not itself establish agency, exclusivity, commission entitlement, a lease or an obligation to pay due-diligence costs. Any such obligation must be addressed separately in the applicable written agreement. Avoid sending tenant, owner or third-party personal information that is not needed for the initial review.

5. Vendors and strategic partners

Submitting capabilities, samples or a proposal is not approval as a vendor, a purchase order or authorization to incur costs for Andias. Scope, pricing, insurance, intellectual-property rights, payment and confidentiality require the appropriate separate agreement. Do not describe an unconfirmed relationship as an Andias endorsement or use the brand without permission.

6. Plans, images and confidentiality

Expansion targets and proposed opening dates depend on factors such as financing, sites, permits, construction, staffing and market conditions. Concept images are illustrative and may differ from completed stores. Request current facts for the specific opportunity.

Use the initial form for a non-confidential summary. A separate NDA must be agreed where needed before sensitive materials are exchanged.
