Andias Group collects only the information you choose to submit through our corporate inquiry and employment application forms.

We use submitted information to evaluate investment, franchise, real estate, partnership and employment opportunities; communicate with you; protect our systems; and maintain internal business records.

Who may receive it

Information is limited to authorized Andias Group personnel and, when relevant, professional advisers or representatives assisting with the specific opportunity. Real estate submissions may be reviewed with Andias Group's designated broker.

Retention and security

We retain records only as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal and security purposes. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate business and legal retention requirements, by sending a new corporate inquiry marked “Privacy request.”
