Andias Group Corp operates this website. Please read these terms before using it. They describe permitted website use and the limits of general information. A transaction-specific agreement or disclosure provided to you governs that transaction where it differs from these general terms. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

2. Responsible use

Provide accurate information and act only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate others, send spam or harmful material, submit information without permission, bypass access controls or interfere with systems. Keep credentials private. We may restrict misuse or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people and systems, subject to applicable law. The public website does not grant access to internal systems or confidential business records.

3. Inquiries are preliminary

A submission, receipt, meeting or initial review does not create a franchise, investment, employment, agency, lease, brokerage, vendor or other commercial agreement. It does not reserve a territory, site or position and is not a commitment to transact or reimburse proposal expenses. Read the Business opportunity disclosures before submitting.

The website does not accept investment funds, franchise fees or payments for consumer orders. Consumer purchases, rewards, gift cards and fundraisers are handled through their applicable store or service conditions, not these corporate website terms. 4. Information and development plans

We aim to keep information useful and accurate. Store counts, opening dates, pipeline projects, footprint preferences and growth goals may change. Plans and targets describe intentions and are not promises that a project will open, a site will be accepted or financial results will be achieved. Images may include design concepts and proposed locations. Ask for current, opportunity-specific information before relying on material in a business decision. We may correct errors and update information.

5. Intellectual property and submissions

Andias branding, text, images and other protected materials belong to Andias or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links for lawful personal use. Commercial reuse requires permission or another valid legal basis. Contact us about permissions or a rights concern with the specific material and URL.

Submitting a proposal or résumé does not transfer ownership to Andias. It permits processing for the purpose of the submission under our privacy notices. Do not submit trade secrets or highly confidential commercial information before an appropriate written confidentiality agreement is in place. A form checkbox or receipt does not itself create an NDA. These terms do not grant us unrestricted rights to use your confidential information.

Links to Andias Life, a property package, a map or another service may lead to separate systems with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control external content, availability or security. A link or a named adviser is not a guarantee of another party’s services or a substitute for a separate engagement agreement.

7. Website availability and legal protections

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure access. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to access, the website.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or defective products. Mandatory consumer, privacy, employment and other statutory rights remain. Florida law governs these terms where permitted without overriding mandatory protections otherwise applicable to you. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

8. Updates and contact

Updates carry a revised date and apply prospectively, with additional notice when required. They do not retroactively change completed transactions.
